For those who want to teach with depth, clarity, and heart

The Reiki Teacher Training Program

A unique 6-week journey that blends Reiki mastery with real-world teaching skills—because being a great Reiki Teacher takes more than just knowing the symbols.

You already know the power of Reiki. Maybe it changed your life, or maybe it’s something you’ve quietly practiced for years. Now, you're ready to share it with others—but you want

to do it in a way that feels solid, authentic, and skillful.

That’s exactly why we created this training.

At The Centre, we’ve been training Reiki teachers since 2008. Our approach is practical, trauma-informed, a little irreverent—and deeply rooted in both Japanese Reiki and decades of teaching experience.

This program is for you if you want to teach Reiki classes that are alive, ethical,

and truly helpful—not just a copy of what you’ve seen before.

What Makes Our Training Different

Most Reiki teacher trainings only focus on Reiki techniques. We go further.

As far as we know, this is the only program in the world that blends traditional Japanese Reiki with real-world teaching pedagogy, personal mentorship, trauma-informed support, and live online training.

It’s a rare mix of depth, integrity, and practical skill.

You’ll learn how to:

01

Lead a class with confidence

You don’t need to be the loudest voice in the room to be an effective teacher. Confidence in a Reiki classroom comes from clarity, presence, and trust in the practice—not from perfection. When you feel steady, your students do too.

02

Create a trauma-informed, inclusive space

Reiki opens people up. That’s beautiful—and also vulnerable. Creating a space where all students feel welcome, seen, and safe (especially those with trauma) is essential to holding the integrity of the work.

03

Break down complex ideas

Reiki can feel mysterious at first, especially to new learners. If you can explain energy in a grounded, relatable way, students relax and start to trust their own experience. Good teaching isn’t about showing what you know—it’s about helping them discover what they know.

04

Handle group dynamics, set boundaries, and respond to the unexpected

Every class has its moments—big emotions, strong opinions, awkward silence. Being able to navigate those with clarity and compassion is part of the art of facilitation. It’s what turns a class into a meaningful, shared experience.

05

Stay grounded, clear, and kind

Nerves are human. What matters is learning how to stay centered so you can show up with kindness, humility, and presence. Your steadiness helps your students feel supported—and invites them to do the same.

Founder of Reiki

Go to the Heart of Reiki Practice

This training isn’t just about techniques—it’s about transmission. Over six weeks, we dive deeply into the living heart of Reiki: meditation, kototama (sacred sound), Reiju, energetic presence, and the subtle unseen work of teaching. These aren’t add-ons—they’re the foundation. You won’t just learn how to teach; you’ll grow into someone who embodies the practice.

Let’s see if it feels right.

“Recently I did my Reiki Teacher Training with F&K, and it felt like I was swimming in an endless ocean of knowledge—which they shared and continue sharing with enthusiasm and respect.”

Is This Program Right for You?

This training isn’t for everyone—and that’s okay.

We’ve created it for people who genuinely care about sharing Reiki with clarity, depth, and kindness. If you're just looking for a fast certification or a way to get rich teaching online, this probably isn’t your thing.

But if you're willing to show up with humility, curiosity, and a little bit of courage—especially when it feels uncomfortable—you're in the right place.

This program is for you if:

  • You’re ready to deepen your Reiki practice and share it with others
  • You want to teach with integrity, not just follow a script
  • You care about trauma-informed, inclusive spaces
  • You’re open to feedback, personal growth, and real reflection
  • You want support in developing your own voice and teaching style
  • You value community and connection—not competition
  • You’re okay being a little uncomfortable as you stretch into something new

It’s not for you if:

  • You just want a certificate to check a box
  • You’re looking for a “get rich quick” approach to teaching Reiki
  • You’re not open to exploring your own patterns, presence, or blind spots
  • You prefer to stay on the surface and skip the deeper work
  • You aren’t ready to invest time, attention, and energy into your growth

How the Journey Unfolds

Over six weeks (plus one integration week), we’ll move step by step through the art and practice of teaching Reiki. Each module builds on the last—blending hands-on experience, thoughtful reflection, and practical tools to help you grow into your role as a teacher and guide.

We cover everything from creating trauma-informed spaces to leading initiations, breaking down complex ideas, and navigating real-life classroom dynamics. It’s a grounded, transformational process that supports you, so you can support others.

the journey of a Reiki Teacher

Teaching Reiki starts with having the right tools.

When you’re guiding others through this work, you need resources that are clear, grounded, and actually useful—not just vague descriptions or outdated handouts. That’s why we created our own manuals.

More than just Reiki manuals

Our manuals were created to support real transformation—not just memorization. They’re designed for both students and teachers, and they go far beyond the basics. Alongside traditional Reiki teachings, you’ll find practical, grounded content on boundaries, energetic hygiene, grounding practices, and projections—topics that are essential, but often overlooked.

Support for the deeper work of teaching

We see Reiki as a path to living more consciously—and teaching it is no different. These manuals help students explore the deeper layers of energy work, including the clair senses, presence, and self-awareness. They’re trauma-informed, field-tested, and available for your own teaching once certified (with a simple licensing agreement).

Frederique Morel Reiki Teacher

Frederique Morel

Founder and Head Teacher

Fred is a bilingual (French-English) Reiki teacher with over 15 years of experience practicing and teaching Reiki around the world. Her journey began with intensive Japanese Reiki training under Juan Hernandez in Bangkok, which sparked a deep commitment to the practice. Over the years, she has trained in multiple traditions—including Tibetan Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, and Karuna Reiki—and eventually found her way back to the Japanese lineage taught by Frans Stiene.

Fred’s certifications include Reiki Levels 1, 2, 3, and Teacher Training, as well as Ayurveda and Mental Health. She has deepened her practice through pilgrimages to Japan, including distant healing sessions from Kurama mountain and visits to Usui Sensei’s grave. With a background in IT, e-commerce, and a life full of creative adventure, Fred brings both practical insight and deep energetic presence to her teaching. Her classes weave together chanting, meditation, elemental wisdom, and real-life integration—with a steady focus on compassion, clarity, and connection.

Karen McCullough Reiki Teacher

Karen is a Reiki teacher with a deep belief in the power of self-awareness, choice, and kindness to change everything. She began practicing Reiki in 2005, during a challenging time in her family life, and quickly discovered how profoundly the practice could shift anxiety, relationships, and patterns that once felt immovable. For nearly 20 years, Reiki has been the foundation of her personal and professional life.

She holds a BA in French and English, a Certification in Adult Education, and completed a 3-year Integrative Energy Healing program at Langara College. She is certified in Reiki Levels 1, 2, 3, and Teacher Training. Karen’s teaching blends clarity and depth, with a strong focus on trauma-informed facilitation, grounded energy work, and creating safe, joyful learning spaces. She teaches because she knows how much Reiki can change a life—and believes everyone deserves the chance to experience that change.
